You and Ridge get paid to throwdown in a UFC figth. Who's winning and why?

Well Ridge is bigger than I, I'd say it would be a far match. But I would take it lol.

How did your interest in personal watercraft start?

Since my earliest memories of watching the Strapped Crew at Jaws I was enamored by them working as a team to ride such colossal waves. Since that moment the obsession was real and I couldn’t wait to have one as my own.

Half to fun of riding big waves is being on a SeaDoo!

What are your favorite activities on the water?

I love riding both waves and wind, so anything I can get my hands on I really enjoy. I mainly focus on the board oriented sports such as Surfing, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Foiling, Winging, Stand Up Paddling. I also really enjoy Canoe Paddling and Body Surfing.

Who makes up your typical riding crew?

My brother is my Tow-in Partner and it’s something we’ve been dreaming about since we were kids. There’s no better feeling than getting my brother an epic wave and being there in case he doesn’t make it. We have a great crew that makes up the rest of the team out at Pe’ahi (Jaws). Including Scott Sanchez, Ola Curnan, Kurtis Chong Kee, Milton Martinson and my Dad. When I’m in Nazare I partner up with Lucas Chumbo.

Favorite place to ride?

The ride back to the harbor from Jaws is probably my favorite in the world. Mainly because it is 14 miles of Maui coastline and it usually means we had a monumental day riding huge waves.

Dream place to ride?

The Mentawai Islands, going from epic surf spot to surf spot scoring waves and enjoying the incredibly clear water.

Describe your life away from the water:

It consists of dreaming about being back in the water! Time spent with family and my daughters is how I love to spend it. When my girls are old enough I’m sure we hardly ever be out of the water.

What’s your one must-have accessory for your Sea-Doo?

Must have is definitely a inflatable sled. It makes it easy to get on and off the Sea-Doo and is used frequently for Big Wave rescues. I never drive my Sea-Doo without one.

What’s one innovation you’d like to see on a Sea-Doo that doesn’t currently exist?

HeadLights so I can navigate the ocean when we dawn patrol or are coming in after dark fro surfing Jaws during a huge swell.

Favorite place to eat?

Taco Bell

First artist you add to your riding playlist?

Staind

Celebrity or person you’d most like to ride / tow-surf with?

I can’t wait to Tow-in with my daughters someday. Spending time on the water with them on the Sea-Doo is dream of mine.
