Ordering

 

Online Order Fulfillment

Online orders are fulfilled and shipped by participating BRP dealerships that have the desired product(s) in inventory. How does it work?

  1. You place an order on one of the BRP online store.

  2. Your order is posted to the Kibo's Order Exchange platform for viewing by participating BRP dealerships.

  3. Participating BRP dealerships that have all products of your order in stock request to fulfill your order. 

  4. Your order is assign to the nearest dealership that requested to fulfill the order.
    Note: If you selected the in-store pickup option, your order is automatically assigned to your preferred BRP dealership.

  5. Using on-hand inventory, the selected participating BRP dealership prepare your order for in-store pickup or ship-to-home, depending on the selected shipping methods.

Note: In some cases, if no participating BRP dealership can fulfill your entire order, your order can be split between two participating BRP dealerships. 

 

What is the Kibo's Order Exchange platform?

BRP has partnered with Kibo, one of the world's leading providers of e-commerce solutions to branded manufacturers, to offer a superior online shopping experience. Kibo uses industry-standard GeoTrust security to ensure that manufacturers, retailers, and consumers can connect, communicate, and transact with total safety and confidence. Kibo is accredited with the Better Business Bureau and embraces its guiding principles.

The Kibo shopping service is designed to make it easy for you to find and purchase the special products you need. When you order and pay online, Kibo's intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. Kibo manages the entire order process and assigns your order to a participating BRP dealerships. Upon placing an order through one of BRP online stores, you will receive emails regarding order and shipment status from Kibo.

All orders must be placed online. In order to ensure security, BRP do not accept orders by telephone, postal mail, fax, or email. BRP reserves the right to refuse any sale at any time.

 

Product availability

We do our best to keep the stock status of all of our products updated on our online store. However, since online orders are fulfilled by participating BRP dealerships, it is possible that the desired size, color or product is not available. As soon as your order is processed, you will be alerted by email if one or more items are not available. These items will be cancelled. 

 

Methods of payment

BRP online stores only accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Please provide your credit card billing address and telephone number if it is different from the shipping address. If the billing address does not match he one at the financial institution's records or if authorization is not given for any reason, BRP reserves the right to cancel the order without notification. BRP and Kibo cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with the institution and reorder once the problem is resolved.

BRP and Kibo do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email, phone or mail. 

 

Sales tax

Taxes are not included in prices displayed on the BRP online stores. The appropriate taxes will be added to your order total upon payment.

Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipment process
As soon as your order has been assigned to a participating BRP dealership, you will receive an email confirming which BRP dealership will be in charge of shipping your order. Its contact information will be displayed on the parcel.You should receive a second email with a tracking number once the shipping label has been created. 

 

Delivery methods
Two delivery options are available at the "Delivery" step of the checkout process:

  • Standard shipping
  • In-store pickup

All orders are shipped using standard ground service (3-7 business days) and are provided by participating BRP dealerships.

If your country is not available as an option in the checkout process, we are not able to ship to your country. Currently, it is only possible to ship an order to postal addresses in the United States or Canada.

 

Shipping charges
If you select the in-store pickup option, there is no shipping fee.

If you select the standard shipping option, there is a minimal fee of $6.99 and the shipping cost is determined as follow: 

Riding gear:
Tiered prices based on the total order price.

Accessories and parts:
Shipping fees are based on the weight of the products.

Maintenance products and oils:
Shipping fees are based on the total volume of the products.

 

Remote Areas
Shipping cost may be higher if your shipping address is located in a remote area such as Alaska, the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and few areas of Northern Quebec. You will receive an email asking you whether you want to accept the additional surcharge to cover the higher shipping costs. Payment will not be processed without confirmation that you have accepted the surchage. If you do not accept the additional surcharge, this email gives you the option to cancel your order.

 

Shipping to an APO/FPO address
When requesting orders to be shipped to an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) address, your package will be sent via Space Available Mail (SAM). SAM will ship your package to the APO or FPO address via the next available boat at no additional charge.

Returns

 

30-day Return Policy
Our hassle-free 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. For return within 30 days of receipt, merchandise* will be accepted by the participating BRP dealership that shipped the order. You will then be refund the purchase price.

When you receive your order, the contact information of the participating BRP dealership that shipped the order will be displayed on the parcel. Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges, and read the instructions thoroughly for faster processing of returns. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping the product back. Shipping fees will not be refunded. 

*Some products cannot be returned. See section "products not eligible for return" below.

Products not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned. All sales are final.

  • Helmets;
  • Electric goggles;
  • Electric visors;
  • Decals;
  • Hazardous material and material containing chemicals (paint, primer, grease, solvent, lubricant, sealant, silicone, glue, cleaner, stabilizer, oils, batteries, etc.).

 

Conditions to return merchandise
The merchandise must be new, in perfect unused condition and in its original packaging.

 

How to do a return
Here are the steps to follow to make a return: 

  1. Call our online orders support service Kibo at 1-877-412-7467 and request a return number. Note: Please ensure you have your order number on hand.

  2. Find the contact information of the participating BRP dealership that shipped your order. It should be displayed on the parcel or look in the email you received.

  3. Ship the item(s) you wish to return to this participating BRP dealership that shipped your order. Note: We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment. However, please note that you are responsible for shipping the product back. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

You will be refunded the paid price. Credit for returned items will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the participating BRP dealerships that shipped the order.

If a restocking fee applied to the returned items, the amount of the fee will be displayed on the final checkout screen when you complete the order and will be noted on the packing list included with the order.

 

Returning defective or damaged products
If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. For warranty repair or replacement, defective merchandise must be returned directly to the participating BRP dealership that shipped your order. The contact information of the BRP participating dealership is displayed on the box in which your order arrived. 


Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the participating BRP dealership that shipped your order immediately. The contact information of the participating BRP dealership will be displayed on the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork. If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Genuine Parts and Accessories
Installed by your authorized dealer / distributor on your new or used BRP vehicle.
For a period of twelve (12) months starting from the date of the retail sale, this limited warranty covers Parts, Accessories, and labour. BRP will repair or replace genuine BRP Parts and Accessories found defective in material and/or workmanship – further to normal use and service. Labour and collateral damages to the vehicle may be covered only if the failed part or accessory was installed by a BRP authorized dealer / distributor.

Not installed by your authorized dealer / distributor
For a period of twelve (12) months starting from the date of the retail sale, BRP will repair or replace BRP genuine Parts and Accessories if found defective in material and/or workmanship further to normal use and service. Labour and collateral damages to the vehicle are not covered if the failed part or accessory was not installed by a BRP authorized dealer / distributor.

Riding Gear
SympaTex® Riding Gear
BRP warrants that all SympaTex® Riding Gear will be free of any defect in material and/or workmanship for the lifetimeƗ of the product further to normal use and service. BRP will repair or replace SympaTex® Riding Gear found defective in material and/or workmanship.

For a period of twelve (12) months starting from the date of the retail sale, BRP will repair or replace BRP Riding Gear if found defective in material and/or workmanship further to normal use and service.

For a period of forty-eight (48) months starting from the date of the retail sale. BRP will repair or replace BRP helmets if found defective in material and/or workmanship further to normal use and service.

4- YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY**

TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIFE OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES/PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS IDENTIFIED ABOVE; AS A RESULT, THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, OR PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.

Neither the distributor, nor any BRP dealer, nor any other person has been authorized to make any affirmation, representation, or warranty regarding the product, other than those contained in this limited warranty, and if made, these shall not be enforceable against BRP.

BRP will not be responsible for any settlement made between a dealer and a consumer.

Changes to the warranty
BRP reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, it being understood that such modification will not alter the warranty conditions applicable to the products sold while this warranty is in effect.

How to submit a warranty claim
In the event of a controversy or dispute in connection with this BRP limited warranty, BRP suggests that you try to resolve the issue at the dealership level. We recommend discussing the issue with the authorized BRP dealer's manager or owner. Please note that warranty claims are always subject to final approval by BRP.

To claim a warranty on SympaTex® riding gear, you must notify an authorized dealer within two (2) days of the appearance of the defect in material and/or workmanship and present to the authorized dealer a proof of purchase (original bill of sale) of the new and unusedSympaTex® riding gear. Please have all warranty items clean for evaluation or they will be returned to you without an inspection being made.

All items replaced under this limited warranty become the property of BRP.

In some circumstances, personal information that Service Provider receives from you directly may be provided to the Merchant in order for them to fulfill a service to Us for your benefit or directly to you. We may also provide your information in order to register your purchase with the manufacturer or service provider for warranty, technical support, after sales service or similar purposes. Merchants agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Statement.

Service Provider also employs other companies to provide services to Us in connection with your transaction or after sales services. We do use companies to process credit card payments, deliver packages, send mail, analyze data, Fraud Screening, provide marketing aid and assistance, provide customer service, and otherwise provide services to Us to enable Us to serve you and enhance Our services. These organizations may have access to personal information as required to permit them to perform their obligations to Us in this regard. It is Service Provider's policy to require these third parties to use this information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Statement.
