CLOSED-LOOP COOLING SYSTEM
The industry's first closed-loop cooling system is available standard on all Sea-Doo watercraft and sport boat four-stroke, 4-TEC models. This innovative alternative to traditional open-loop systems uses the watercraft's aluminum ride plate as a heat exchanger (like a car's radiator) to keep the engine and its coolant at the ideal operating water temperature. Unlike open-loop systems, which draw water directly from the riding environment into the engine, it improves saltwater and freshwater durability by helping prevent corrosion and keeping out debris.
