Our Benton, Illinois boat production facility is a state of the art computerized marvel. Computer controlled fiberglass application(10), assembly and quality control points throughout the manufacturing process enable product assembly workers to stop the production line at any point. Did you know that all parts are routinely weighed to meet exacting tolerance levels(11).

 

12. Fiberglass Thickness

We know that overall weight affects boat performance so consistency in each boat we build is critical. Every Sea-Doo Sport Boat goes through a number of audits and inspection areas including ultrasound technology to determine fiberglass thickness(12). We even have a separate decal department to see that all graphics are applied to high quality standards.

From the mating of the hull and deck to the application of decals, no detail is left to chance. Each boat is then water tested(13) and shrink - wrapped(14) tested and shrink wrapped to be showroom ready for dealership delivery. We use the highest quality marine materials and employ 2nd and 3rd generation boat builders so you can enjoy a well-built sport boat(15) for years to come.
